You all have been great I just found the Vertical Jump Bible (which can be found in this thread) and will give it a read to improve my vertical. I don't have any formal vertical training, I just mainly do squats to improve my leg strength and jump on boxes (well.the stand plus plates). I don't play basketball, but my goal is to dunk. I'm about 5 foot 7 and a half and weigh 125 lbs.

Here's my first recorded jump which is the stand plus 8 plates on top (which i think measure to 49-50"?). After watching so many vertical jump videos, I recently took up the idea to record my jumps to see progress over time. As a kid, I jumped over shit for fun like hopping over garden flowers and seeing how many stair steps I can clear up from one jump (I still do it at home lol).

I've always loved jumping and I wanna take my vertical to the next level.
